Foster Care / Adoption

It has been such a joy, so far, to get into this new area of finding loving, Christian families for children. Since “foster care” is a new concept in Kenya, we have been able to be on the ground level of building systems of parent recruitment, trauma-informed training, bonding process, and setting up the social work documentation systems.

We have also been at the forefront of hosting information meetings where we invite interested parties (anyone who will!) to come and learn about the new laws, get their questions answered about the “why’s,” the “how to’s” and the “how much.”
